Do you license the music or does the client supply it?

We license all music through commercial sync libraries, so every sizzle reel ships with cleared audio that is safe for paid social, sponsor use, and indefinite stakeholder distribution. Clients can also supply specific tracks if they have existing licenses or brand-mandated music — we coordinate the rights in advance.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two revision rounds are standard — first round usually addresses pacing, music, or shot selection; second round is for fine-tuning. Additional rounds are available at a flat fee per round. Most clients land on the final cut within the standard two rounds when there is a clear creative brief at the start.

Can the sizzle reel be cut from event footage you already shot, or do you have to film it?

Both. Most NYC event sizzle reels are produced from footage we shoot during the event itself — multi-camera coverage of keynotes, audience reactions, networking, and brand moments, all edited into the final reel. We can also cut sizzle reels from client-supplied footage when the event was filmed by another crew, though we recommend filming and editing together for the cleanest result.

What's the difference between a sizzle reel and a full event recap video?

A sizzle reel is short, fast-cut, and built for social and stakeholder attention — typically 60–90 seconds with high energy and minimal voiceover. A full event recap video is longer (3–10 minutes), includes speaker excerpts, attendee interviews, and a fuller narrative arc, and is built for internal communications, board reporting, or post-event sales enablement. Sizzle reel pricing depends on event scope — whether we filmed the event ourselves, how many cameras and crew were used, music licensing tier, and revision scope.
